Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ck44bd platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting markets, live casino, promotional materials, and customer support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ck44bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ck44bd platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. ck44bd will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via email or on-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

The platform is accessible at ck44bd.vip and any associated subdomains or mirror domains that ck44bd may operate from time to time. These Terms & Conditions apply uniformly to all access points. ck44bd does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the platform and reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or modify any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice, for maintenance, regulatory, or operational reasons.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ck44bd is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you satisfy every condition listed below each time you access the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ck44bd enforces a strict minimum age of 18. Gambling by individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited under the terms of this agreement and is contrary to the responsible gaming principles upheld by ck44bd.

• Your account is not being used to launder money, commit fraud, or conduct any other illegal financial activity. All funds deposited into your ck44bd account must originate from legitimate sources.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of ck44bd's products and services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ck44bd. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under a different name, email address, mobile number, or payment method by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. ck44bd uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate account activity. Where duplicates are confirmed, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited.

• Provide your full legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Provide a valid, active email address to which you have sole access. This email address will be used for all account communications, including verification, password reset, and transaction notifications.
• Provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This number will be used for OTP verification and account security alerts.
• Create a secure password for your account. ck44bd recommends using a unique password of at least twelve characters combining upper and lower case letters, numerals, and symbols.
• Accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy at the point of registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. ck44bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ck44bd immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. ck44bd accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ck44bd supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ck44bd does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. For mobile financial services (MFS) such as bKash and Nagad, the minimum deposit is ৳200 and credits are typically instant. For bank card transactions via Visa or Mastercard, processing times may vary between one and three business days depending on your issuing bank. ck44bd does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on ck44bd is ৳200.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your ck44bd account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the MFS network.
• Rocket and Upay deposits follow the same instant-credit mechanism as bKash and Nagad under normal network conditions.
• Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to standard card-processing timelines and may take up to three business days to reflect in your ck44bd balance.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from an account belonging to a family member, friend, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited.
• ck44bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its AML compliance process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to five business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. ck44bd processes all withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of its anti-money laundering controls. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated to players via the account dashboard.

Bonuses & Promotions

ck44bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum deposit thresholds, and eligible game restrictions. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck44bd. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Opening more than one account on ck44bd, or assisting another person to open an account for the purpose of circumventing eligibility or bonus restrictions.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Any player who identifies a software vulnerability must report it to ck44bd's support team immediately. Exploitation of known or unknown vulnerabilities is a serious breach of these terms.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using ck44bd as a vehicle for any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players, employees of ck44bd, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ck44bd staff, other players, or any third party through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any part of the ck44bd platform.

ck44bd reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any particular conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct provisions. The company's decision in such matters is final. Players who believe an account suspension has been applied in error may raise a formal complaint through the ck44bd support team at [email protected].

Account Suspension & Closure

ck44bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ck44bd.
• Detection of fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity on the account, including but not limited to money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting tools.
• A confirmed or suspected duplicate account situation.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted through the ck44bd responsible gaming tools or via the support team.
• A legally mandated order from a court, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency requiring restriction of the account.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. ck44bd will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before taking any action on a dormant account.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ck44bd account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the standard verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck44bd, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime, including interruptions occurring during live betting or live casino sessions.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the ck44bd platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms, where that information contains typographical or technical errors.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard network outages or processing delays.
• Any losses, including gambling losses, incurred as a result of using the ck44bd platform. Online gambling carries inherent financial risk and players accept that risk when placing wagers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ck44bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. ck44bd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ck44bd account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from use of the ck44bd platform shall be referred in the first instance to ck44bd's customer support team at [email protected] for resolution through the internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
